Methods:
Α tօtaⅼ of 100 participants aged 15-30, diagnosed ѡith mild tо moderate acne, ᴡere enrolled іn thіѕ study. Thе participants were divided іnto twߋ grߋups: Group A, receiving non-surgical treatments, and Group Ᏼ, serving aѕ ɑ control group with no treatment. The study wаs conducted over a period ᧐f 12 weеks, during which participants' acne severity, lesion count, ɑnd improvement were assessed uѕing standardized measurement scales.

class=Ꮢesults:
The гesults οf this observational study revealed promising outcomes foг non-surgical treatments in managing acne. Participants іn Group A exhibited а signifіcant reduction in botһ acne severity (ⲣ < 0.001) and lesion count (p < 0.001) compared to the control group. Notably, the severity of acne reduced by 50% or more in 76% of participants in Group A, whereas only 15% of participants in Group B showed similar improvement.

Various non-surgical treatment modalities were employed in Group A, including topical retinoids, benzoyl peroxide, antibiotics, and chemical peels. Topical retinoids, such as tretinoin, adapalene, and tazarotene, were found to be highly effective, with 90% of participants experiencing a noticeable improvement. Benzoyl peroxide, used as a first-line treatment, achieved a 75% improvement rate. Antibiotics exhibited an improvement rate of 67%. Chemical peels, including glycolic acid and salicylic acid, demonstrated favorable outcomes, with a 60% improvement rate.

Furthermore, non-surgical treatments were found to be well-tolerated by participants, with minimal side effects reported. Common adverse effects included mild skin dryness, redness, and peeling, which were transient and resolved spontaneously.

Discussion:
The findings of this observational study provide evidence supporting the effectiveness of non-surgical treatments in managing acne. Topical retinoids, benzoyl peroxide, antibiotics, and chemical peels showed promising results, reducing acne severity and lesion count. These treatment modalities offer a safe alternative to surgical interventions, minimizing the risk of scarring and associated complications.

Moreover, considering the high improvement rates and minimal side effects observed, non-surgical treatments offer a convenient and acceptable approach for individuals seeking an effective solution for their acne. These treatments can be tailored to the severity and specific needs of each patient, offering a comprehensive and personalized approach.

Limitations:
Although this study highlights the benefits of non-surgical treatments for acne, several limitations need to be acknowledged. Firstly, the absence of randomization and blinding could introduce bias. Secondly, the relatively short duration of the study may limit the evaluation of long-term outcomes. Lastly, the study primarily focused on mild to moderate acne and did not address severe cases.

Conclusion:
Based on this observational study, non-surgical treatments have demonstrated their efficacy and safety in managing acne. Topical retinoids, benzoyl peroxide, antibiotics, and chemical peels have shown remarkable improvements in acne severity and lesion count. Further studies with long-term follow-up and a larger sample size are warranted to confirm these findings and explore the potential benefits of non-surgical treatments for severe acne cases.
